Why can't your company get your accounts straight? I have sent letters, e-mails, made phone calls and you refuse to right the situation. You have me as PAMELA BEYER on an account, I have told you at least
12 times that the name is www.geonlineservice.com BECKY BEYER. Now you are entering adverse claims to my credit rating which
is lowering my score. I will not pay on an account that has a false name on it. If you want the original bill
paid in full {no interest or late fees for YOUR mistake } get the name correct on the account!

This is ok for public companies that can point to a clear stock price on a daily basis. For private companies, 409A says that stock price may be determined by a valuation done internally by someone with significant relevant experience or externally by a valuation expert. Most startups don’t have www.chase.com an internal person with the required experience, so this means an external valuation and that can cost $5,000 - $10,000.
